Peace Udoka Ogbonna is a dynamic legal practitioner with over a decade of experience advising individual, corporate and institutional clients on litigation strategy, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. As Associate Partner and Chief Litigation Officer at Lex Divina Law Practice, she leads high-stakes litigation teams, directs the firm’s human resources to appropriate avenues, and oversees the firm’s compliance operations, ensuring legal precision and strategic alignment with client objectives.

Peace holds an LL.M in International Human Rights and Commercial Law and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in International Law and Jurisprudence at Nnamdi Azikiwe University. Her academic research focuses on state accountability, policy formation, and the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and law, an emerging frontier with significant implications for corporate governance and digital risk.

She is a certified Notary Public for the Federal Republic of Nigeria, professionally accredited in mediation and conciliation by the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, and holds certifications in intellectual property, project management, and social enterprise development. Her legal practice spans civil, commercial, property, banking, and employment disputes, as well as human rights enforcement and alternative dispute resolution.

Peace has advised corporate clients and start-ups on internal governance frameworks, employment law compliance, and risk mitigation strategies. Her work includes managing confidential client matters, negotiating settlements and compensations, and representing clients across civil and criminal jurisdictions with discretion and strategic clarity.

She is also a contributor to legal education and youth advocacy initiatives, drawing on her training with the Young African Leaders Initiative and the World Intellectual Property Organization. Her commitment to justice reform and inclusive legal systems informs her approach to corporate advisory, ensuring that clients benefit from both legal rigor and ethical foresight.

Peace commands expertise in litigation and advocacy, corporate law practice, intellectual property, human rights law, alternative dispute resolution, legal research, and project management.

She is a member of several professional bodies and associations, including the Nigerian Bar Association, the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, the Young African Leaders Initiative Network and the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA).
