As Associate Partner and Chief Litigation Officer at Lex Divina Law Practice, she leads high-stakes litigation teams, directs the firm’s human resources to appropriate avenues, and oversees the firm’s compliance operations, ensuring legal precision and strategic alignment with client objectives.

Peace holds an LL.M in International Human Rights and Commercial Law and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in International Law and Jurisprudence at Nnamdi Azikiwe University. Her academic research focuses on state accountability, policy formation, and the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and law, an emerging frontier with significant implications for corporate governance and digital risk.

She is a certified Notary Public for the Federal Republic of Nigeria, professionally accredited in mediation and conciliation by the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, and holds certifications in intellectual property, project management, and social enterprise development. Her legal practice spans civil, commercial, property, banking, and employment disputes, as well as human rights enforcement and alternative dispute resolution.
