Nkemjika Anthony Onyewuchi, Esq., is a consummate legal practitioner with several years of
robust experience in commercial law, property law, fundamental rights litigation, probate matters,
civil litigation, and criminal law practice. His legal acumen and courtroom dexterity have

As a Senior Associate at O.L. Udemezue & Co (Lex Divina LP) and the Head of the firm’s
Commercial, Banking and Probate Group, he leads with precision, integrity, and an unwavering

Mr. Onyewuchi holds an LL.B (Second-Class Upper Division, 2:1) from Nnamdi Azikiwe
University, Awka and a BL (Second-Class Upper 2:1) from the Nigerian Law School and he was
called to bar in 2016. He further obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M) with outstanding result,
reflecting his deep academic grounding and dedication to lifelong legal learning. As an Associate
of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), he brings added value to dispute resolution matters,
both in litigation and arbitration contexts.
