Felicia Uzorma Ifi is a seasoned courtroom advocate and Senior Associate at O. L. Udemezue & Co., where she also heads the Human Rights Department. A passionate defender of the downtrodden, she has successfully championed the protection of fundamental rights, and securing bail and acquittals for individuals wrongfully detained and charged with various offences, including those attracting capital punishment.

Her work reflects an unwavering commitment to justice, fairness, and the rule of law as enshrined in the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Felicia earned her LL.B from the prestigious University of Benin in 2017 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2018 after completing her training at the Nigerian Law School, Bwari-Abuja. Her legal career is marked by versatility; in addition to her human rights advocacy, she has a strong grasp of complex commercial litigation, fraud, crime, and money laundering cases, a background that has seen her excel as the Alternate Head of the Banking Department at her firm.

Earlier in her career, Felicia served as a Legal Assistant to a Federal High Court Judge, a deeply educative and enriching period that broadened her insight into judicial reasoning, courtroom procedure, and the inner workings of the justice system. She is now advancing her expertise with an LL.M. in Cyber Law, equipping her to address emerging challenges at the intersection of law, technology, and digital security.
