Oluchukwu Udemezue Esq., is the Head of Practice and Lead Counsel at O. L. Udemezue & Co (Lex Divina LP). He was called to Bar in 2010. He also obtained an LLM in the Department of International Law & Jurisprudence of Nnamdi Azikiwe University. He is a doctoral student at the same university.

He has conducted over 100 cases/appeals at the High Court and Courts of coordinate jurisdiction and has conducted over 30 appeals at the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He specializes in Constitutional, Property and Real Estate Litigation, Energy and Corporate Practice. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Pan African Lawyers Union, Institute of Chartered Arbitrators of Nigeria as well as the Institute of Conciliators and Mediators of Nigeria.

Udemezue is a recipient of numerous certificates of training on various areas of law through Law School and in practice. He was also appointed as a Notary Public for the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2018 by the then Chief Justice of Nigeria, Hon. Justice W.S.N. Onnoghen.

He has advised and represented State Governments and Government Agencies, Multinational Companies. He has also advised and represented senior government officials, high net-worth individuals as well as statutory and other corporations.

He has held numerous leadership roles, including holding the position of the Secretary and now Chairman of the NBA Otuocha Branch, serving as a Legal Adviser to various organizations, and contributing as a Member of the National Executive Council of the Nigerian Bar Association. He is also an active participant in constitutional review committees, arbitration bodies, climate justice and community peace initiatives.

A recipient of multiple academic and professional awards, he has published scholarly articles on copyright law, environmental regulations, and artificial intelligence in legal education. His contributions to legal mentorship, youth engagement, and institutional development further solidify his impact in the field.
