Uradu Ngozi Justina is a seasoned legal practitioner with over a decade of experience spanning litigation and dispute resolution, banking and corporate law, and debt recovery. Her practice is defined by a strategic and client-focused approach to resolving complex commercial disputes, coupled with a nuanced understanding of Nigeria’s financial regulatory environment.
She is increasingly recognized for her forward-looking interest in fintech law, where she navigates the evolving intersection of financial services and emerging technologies. Ngozi earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 2010, where she developed a strong foundation in legal theory and public law. She proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Kano campus, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2011, obtaining her Barrister-at-Law (B.L) qualification. She is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and also belongs to the NBA Section on Legal Practice (NBA-SLP), where she engages with ongoing developments in legal advocacy, ethics, and professional standards.
